Pam brings a unique richness to her work born out of her experience as a senior leader in industry, HR practitioner, consultant, coach, body psychotherapist and horsewoman. Thus she combines pragmatism and sound commercial experience with the ability to work at considerable depth with people on the issues and challenges they face. At the centre of her approach to helping people and organisations find transformation and to fulfil their true potential is her belief in the energy, vitality and integrity of each individual.

Harriet Worthington
Harriet has been bringing horses to work with organisations for 5 year. Clients include GSK, Apple, Paypal, Ebay, Ogilvie Communications, Royal Mail, and numberous individuals. Originally a business journalist (The Independent, Reuters) she trained as a horse-whisperer in 1996 and applied these skills to work with high risk offenders for 8 years. Her passion is helping individuals and organisations to develop their potential in a way that is consistent with their inner vision, values and unique gifts.
