What happens?
Equest develops a bespoke programme in collaboration with the client, to best address the identified needs. Careful pre-engagement prepares delegates to get the most from their time with the horses. Delegates handle the horses throughout the programme in specially designed activities that are interspersed with reflective sessions to integrate learning into the work context. We create explicit metaphors with the horses to address organisational culture, team dynamics, and individuals' positioning within these. The event can be followed up with a debrief meeting, reports, a filmed record of the day, one-to-one coaching or additional 'classroom' input.
