EQUEST ON THE PLATFORM:
Harriet was one of the guest speakers at the EAGALA International Conference (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) in Kilmarnock, Scotland on 9 October. The conference was attended by equine assisted learning specialists from all over the world. Harriet shared the remarkable three week-long leadership development process she delivered for a group of businesswomen from Dubai.
Pam and Harriet both ran a session at the University of Exeter where the Centre for Leadership Studies (CLS) were holding their biannual Leadership Conference. CLS is at the forefront of shaping leadership thinking and we presented how working with horses supports transformational change for leaders whilst helping them with current agendas of sustainability and crisis.
